Avoid getting the common cold‏

It’s that time of year, when the commom cold is being spread around. There are some very substantial steps you can take to avoid getting the common cold this year and every year. Here is how to avoid getting the commom cold in your household.
 
VITAMINS: Taking a multi-vitamin can really help you avoid the common cold. Vitamins help your immune system be stronger, helping you fight off disease and germs. Any multi-vitamin will work fine, it doesn’t have to be the most expense just a basic multi-vitamin will do the job to help protect you. Take air-born before going into public, it is full of vitamins. If you are going to be around a lot of people and think you may catch a cold, taking air-born before you go is the best way to avoid getting a cold.
 
WASH HANDS: Make sure to wash your hands often, especially during cold and flu season. Washing hands for at least 30 to 60 seconds helps get rid of germs and keep you from becoming sick. If you cannot wash your hands, keep hand sanitizer with you to rid germs. Give your kids hand sanitizer bottles to carry to school with them, tell them to be sure to use it regurlary to avoid catching a cold and spreading germs.
 
COVER MOUTHS: When people cough or sneeze, it is best to do it into the elbow or sleeve of a shirt. This will keep their hands cleaner and stop the spread of germs. If you see someone coughing or sneezing, kindly ask them to do it into thier elbow or shirt, to prevent spreading germs.
