This delicious vegetable soup with meat balls is very suitable for winter days and for every day use. It serves 5-6. The time for its preparation is about 1n hour and 20 minutes.
500 gr minced meat
1 cup (about 200 gr) green bean
1 cup peas
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
½ cup tomatoes (peeled and grated)
Salt to taste
2 pinches of rosemary
1 pinch of thyme
Method of preparation:
In a pot place the finely chopped onion, the cut into small pieces peppers, the green bean and the peas. Boil for 30 minutes. Then prepare the meat balls in the following way: take some meat in your hands and make a ball which you have to put into the cup with vinegar, then you have to put the meat ball into the soup. Continue making meat balls. Then salt to taste. Cook for 15 minutes and add the tomatoes. Then add the rosemary and the thyme. At last you can sprinkle the finely chopped parsley. So, your soup is ready. Enjoy it!
