East Ocean in Miami Florida

East Ocean restaurant opened its doors quite recently and it is located at 325 71st street in the middle of North Beach and Town Center in 2007. It immediately found fame around the city, attracting crowds from all over town.

The hours of operations of the restaurant are from Monday through Thursday from 11:30 A.M to 10:00 P.M, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 A.M to 11:00 P.M and Sunday from 3:00 P.M to 10:00 P.M.
The cuisine is excellent even though the restaurant from the outside seems a little shady but in reality go with the saying “never judge a book by its cover,” because the inside is a little gem with the gold and red colors.

For appetizers you can order the pork ends or slices for $6.95, or ten curry triangles for $4.95, or the six fried shrimp balls for $7.95 or even the spicy double delight which includes scallops and fried squid for $13.95.

For their classics you can order the roast pork egg foo young or the shrimp egg foo young for $8.95 or for their soft noodles lo mein you can go for the seafood lo mein for $12.95 or even the special lo mein for $11.95.

For their seafood and fish section you can try their Crystal fish which is fillet of seasonal white fish sautéed with a sweet cream corn sauce, or the fillet of fish in a black bean sauce for $10.95, or the walnut shrimp which is stir fried with an assortment of vegetables and topped with caramelized walnuts for $14.95, or even the gold and silver scallops which are a combination of steamed and fried scallops sautéed in a garlic sauce for $15.95.

And if you want to try the lobster go with the Cantonese style lobster which is a whole Maine lobster served in a creamy sauce, or even the one with ginger and scallions for market price.

And for their dessert menu they have an international array of choices such as the coconut flan or a mousse which comes in different flavors like the caramel, chocolate, vanilla or strawberry, or even the tres leches for $3.25, or the caramel cake, the strawberries and cream cake or chocolate cake for $3.95 or a pint of their refreshing lychees for $4.25.
