Egg Salad Sandwich

Let’s get started with the ingredients:

12 eggs *

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 red onion (minced)

4 sprigs of parsley (washed)

14 pieces of bread (wonder bread or any bread will do)

Equipment’s that is needed:

1 medium bowl

1 knife

1 cutting board

1 medium size platter

1 spoon

*Eggs must be broil in a pot over medium heat for 10 -14 minutes (this ensures the yolk is completely firm). Once this process is acquired, run the hard boiled eggs under cold water. Let the eggs sit submerged in the pot for 5 minutes. Now, the hard boiled eggs are ready to be peeled. Peel the hard boil eggs and set them aside.  Now, take the cutting board and chop the hard boil eggs until it looks minced.

In the bowl take minced hard boiled eggs and add all ingredient’s (mayonnaise, Dijon-style mustard, dried dill weed, Tabasco sauce, sugar, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and red onion). Place the egg ingredients mixture (3 1/2 to 4 tablespoon full) in between the two slices of bread and slice them up diagonally into four equal pieces. Continue with this procedure till the entire egg ingredient mixture is gone. Serve on a nice platter and garnish with sprigs of parsley for guest to enjoy!!
