First prepare your meat by cutting it in think slices with a sharp meat knife. You will want to chop up all your vegetables evenly and thinly, while your doing that have your wok or frying pan heating up.
You will want to put a little amount of oil in your frying pan or wok like 1 or 2 tbsp. Add your meat of choice to the wok or frying pan and stir it until the meat is fully cooked through. Meat usually takes me five minutes to cook.
Add a couple of drops of soy sauce to the pan with your meat for extra taste. You will want to through some garlic and onions in the frying pan now with your meat for extra flavoring.
Once that is flavored you can start adding any vegetables you want to it. Remember you want vegetables that cook fast like asparagus, mushrooms, green pea pods, and etc.
You will now want to add any stir fry mix that you have in your kitchen this will make it have a more flavorful taste and make it be a little spicy. DON’T add to much stir fry mix cause it might overpower your stir fry or make the vegetables soggy.
Lower the heat a little and let it sit for 4 to 5 minutes before you serve it.
- Once its little bit more cooled dish the stir fry out onto the rice and serve to your family and friends. And remember to not over season your stir fry it’ll ruin it.
