How To Prepare A Delicious Chicken Breast, Baked Potato Combo Dinner Platter At Home

People are always looking for new and exciting dishes to prepare.  I have a library of my own recipes that are perfect for working people looking for a good meal that they can prepare within 60 minutes.  My most practical and tasty dinner dish is baked chicken breast with baked potato and French cut green beans with almonds.

 You will need 2-4 chicken breasts with bone in, 3-4 Idaho baking potatoes, q frozen package French cut green beans and a small package of slivered almonds.  Most of my meals are semi-homemade but quite delicious.

 First, place chicken breasts in a deep baking dish and add 1-2 cups of Italian dressing, lace in a 350-degree oven for 60 minutes.  You may place the baked potatoes in the oven at the same time as the chicken.  Remember to poke a small hole in each potato to prevent potato from exploding inside of oven. 

 Finally, after 60 minutes remove chicken and baked potatoes.  Take frozen French cut beans follow package directions.  Beans take about 7 minutes to cook.  Arrange chicken on each platter followed by baked potato with butter and chives.  Last by not least add French cut beans to each platter with a pad of butter and sprinkle almonds on top and serve.  Enjoy!!!
