Losing weight of 15 pounds in 10 days is not something that’s recommended to anyone, but if your wondering can it be done? Sure it can! A safe amount is more like 3 pounds a week, but that’s another story. Some times a wedding or some special event your planning on is coming up and you know what you have to do!
Remember at any given time it’s not unusual to have 5 extra pounds on you setting in your colon. It’s not something we like to talk about, but it’s the truth. So, I’ll save those 5 pounds for the 9th day. Ok now were really only talking about 1 pound a day for 10 days except for 5 pounds on the 9th day.
Make sure your weighing in every morning just to stay on top of your progress. This type of weight loss is not so much in fat loss, but in time tested amounts of food intake that will get you where you want to go. As each day passes your going to be eating less and less. Your are going feel just as full, because I’m going to be telling you the tricks of the trade. You know your own eating habits and how much you normally eat. Ok here we go day-by-day what your planned reduction in food intake over a 10 day period will be. You know your stomach shrinks and if you give it just a little chance…your going to feel full with less amounts of food.
Each meal and each day just cut down your portion size a little each meal. Now remember it take about 10 minutes for your stomach to tell your mind…that you feel full. That’s how we all over eat! The trick is to cut back slowly and gradually each day less and less each meal of each day. At night is especially…when you must cut back. Morning meal eat a little less than you normally do. Noon meal should be a little less than normal.
Night’s are a little tricky but it can be done. You don’t want to eat any later than 6 pm. The same thing goes, cut back on size. No drinking after 9 pm. Now you have to increase your activity a little each day than you normally do. In other words if you normally walk a mile every evening, for these 10 days you need to walk 2 miles.
Your going to weight each morning to just kind of make sure your staying on track. It will fluctuate a little but the goal is the 15 pounds in 10 days. As each day passes your going to notice it will take less and less for you to get full. That’s because your stomach is shrinking. Now for some of the tricks. If you do get hungry in-between meals no problem. Carry a little bag with you or in your purse. You guessed it! It’s your bag of carrots or celery or crackers. It could be just about anything. My favorite is those dried apricots. You’ll be surprised with what a little effort can be done…with those bags!
By the 9th day your portions by now should be very small. For breakfast on the 9th day eat an orange or a small bowl of cereal or a boiled egg and juice. Lunch on the 9th day is half a sandwich or half a chef’s salad. Same for dinner very small. Don’t forget the walks. At bed time take some dexsolax, it’ll do it’s work will you sleep. You’ll lose those 5 extra pounds in the morning!
Throughout the whole 10 days you don’t want to get dehydrated so plenty of water is recommended. By the evening of the 10th day you should be on your mark of the 15 pounds in 10 days. It’s a way that will work! I did it dozens of times. But of course the safer way is to just lose about three pounds a week.
