For people like us, a divorce can be tough. Splitting all the assets is usually a difficult properties. But, when it comes to celebrities with millions in the bank, stuff can get quite expensive. We scraped the internet and found a few of the most expensive divorce settlements ever. And, you won’t believe how large some of these cheques were.

STEVE AND ELAINE WYNN – $741 MILLION

Steve is a big time CEO and when Steve and Elaine got divorced for the second time, it didn’t end up well for Steve. Wynn Resorts is quite a big deal and when Steve had to split his stake, Elaine ended up with $750 Million in stocks as the divorce settlement. Steve might still be CEO but Elaine is also a board director.

PAUL MCCARTNEY AND HEATHER MILLS – $48.6 MILLION

They both got married in a delightful ceremony at Castle Leslie in Ireland. However, their marriage only lasted about six years before they decided to call the lawyers.

MADONNA AND GUY RITCHIE – $92 Million

They were quite the popular couple and were married for almost 11 years. While the reason for their divorce isn’t apparent, Willis did say that he had failed as a father and as a husband.

ROBERT AND SHEILA JOHNSON – $400 MILLION

Robert and Sheila collaboratively founded the BET (Black Entertainment Television). They split after 33 years of marriage and according to an estimate, Sheila’s net worth was $670 Million after the divorce.
