The crazy thing aboutSnow White and the Huntsman is that it destroyed not one, but two relationships, one of them being a marriage. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson met on the set of Twilight and quickly became everyone's favorite couple. The two were together for many years, until Stewart starred in Snow White.
Meanwhile, the director of the movie, Rupert Sanders, was "happily" married with two children while filming the movie. But one day, the paparazzi caught Stewart and Sanders smooching passionately on the street in broad daylight, and the story made headlines. Needless to say, Sanders' wife quickly filed for divorce, and Pattinson and Stewart broke up soon after. It was a very embarrassing moment for their careers, and even though Stewart publicly apologized, Pattinson had no interest in rekindling their romance.

Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon were a golden couple in Hollywood for years. The two met when they were 20 years old and even starred together in a movie, Cruel Intentions. They were the perfect young couple and went strong for 11 years and had two beautiful children together, until rumors of Phillippe's cheating came about.
It all began when Phillippe was filming Stop Loss alongside Abbie Cornish. Rumors became stronger and stronger as time went by, and even though nobody ever confirmed whether they were true, Witherspoon and Phillippe filed for divorce a short time later. The public took Witherspoon's side and Phillippe has found it difficult to find work ever since the scandal.

Before Brangelina, it was all about Angelina Jolie and Billie Bob Thornton, the oddest couple to ever exist in Hollywood. The two had a wild relationship from the beginning: they got each other's names tattooed, carried blood vials of each other (yuck!), and did inappropriate things in limousines right before stepping onto the red carpet, among many other things. But one of the biggest scandals involving these two was actually how it all began.
The two met on the set of Pushing Tin when Thornton was engaged to Laura Dern. The couple quickly got into a very intense romance that was basically no secret on set, and word got to Dern pretty quickly. Thornton and Jolie got engaged right away, and Dern had to find out through the press instead of hearing it from her ex-fiance's lips.

Musician Marilyn Manson had found the perfect partner in burlesque beauty Dita Von Teese, or so it seemed. The two were the perfect goth couple ever since they began dating in 2001, and in 2005, they got married. It appeared as though they were made for each other, until it all crashed and burned when Manson worked on Phantasmagoria: The Visions Of Lewis Carroll in 2007.
On set, Manson hooked up with actress Evan Rachel Wood, to the shock of literally everyone. The two began a passionate relationship that completely destroyed Manson's marriage to Von Teese. The couple divorced just a few months later and Wood and Manson got engaged shortly afterwards. Their relationship didn't last very long, however.
#18. Daredevil
It is hard to picture a time before Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were together, but the reality is that they were both in committed relationships before they got together on the set of Daredevil. Affleck was engaged to another famous Jennifer, Jennifer Lopez (remember that?), while Garner was together with Scott Foley.
Although they both deny getting together while filming, their chemistry was just obvious, and they suspiciously came out as a couple right after the movie was released. Affleck did admit that he fell in love with her during filming, but that it took some time for their relationship to blossom. Regardless of what actually happened, it was this movie that brought them together, and what marked the end of their other relationships.

The iconic Cleopatra not only did amazing at the box office, but it also destroyed two marriages. During production, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton absolutely loathed each other. They called each other names and refused to be in the same room together for long periods of time, until it was time for them to share an on-screen kiss.
Their kiss made sparks fly and from that moment on, they couldn't stay away from each other. Their kiss was so intense that they continued making out even after the director called cut. The problem, however, was that Taylor was married to Eddie Fisher, and Burton to Sybil Williams. The both got divorced and married each other —twice.
#16. To Have And Have Not
Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart were one of the most iconic couples from the 1940s-1950s, but they had a kind of scandalous start. The two starred in To Have and Have Not together and were very, very friendly on set. People even said they saw them kissing and holding hands on set, but they always denied it, perhaps because Bogart was married to Mayo Methot at that time.
Not long after, Bogart left Methot and married Bacall, who was 19 at the time. Their huge age difference, plus the fact that Bogart cheated on his wife with Bacall, brought enough controversy onto the couple. Methot even stabbed Bogart! Still, Bacall and Bogart remained strong for 12 years and had two children together, until Bogart's untimely passing from cancer in 1957.
#15. The Outlaw Josey Wales
Clint Eastwood has been notorious for his many, many romances over the years. He had two wives and eight children with six different women, but none of his relationships was quite scandalous as his affair with co-star Sondra Locke. The two hooked up while filming The Outlaw Josey Wales, and word of their fling quickly reached Eastwood's wife, Maggie Johnson.
Surprisingly, the married couple stayed together after the affair became public. Eastwood then began a relationship with Locke, while Eastwood and Johnson had a one-sided open marriage for over 30 years, with which Jonhson seemed to be ok with. However, when Eastwood decided to move in with Locke, Johnson had enough and filed for divorce. Allegedly, there were numerous other women aside from these two in Eastwood's life.
#14. Days Of Thunder
Although we all remember Tom Cruise's marriage to Katie Holmes, he also had two other marriages long before that one. Cruise married Mimi Rogers in 1986 and the two enjoyed a few good years together, until things started going downhill. Their relationship was already in trouble before he started filming Days of Thunder, but then it went up in flames.
This happened because Cruise met Nicole Kidman on set, who wasn't as big a star as she is now and was completely starstruck by Cruise. The two had a whirlwind romance that completely ended his marriage with Rogers. In fact, the two divorced while the film was still in production. Kidman and Cruise got married that same year and were together for 11 years.
#13. By The Sea
Angelina Jolie is on our list again, only this time it's her marriage that was destroyed by a movie. Brad Pitt and Jolie went strong for 11 years and had 6 children together, but by 2016, there was a lot of trouble in paradise. Although this wasn't known at the time, Jolie opened up in an interview and confessed that the last nail in the coffin for her marriage was the movie By the Sea, in which the married couple starred.
The movie was their last attempt to make their marriage work, because they thought that working together again would somehow fix it. But, since the plot of the movie was basically about a couple trying to make their marriage work despite all it's problems, it only made them realize that it was time to end things. Right after the movie was released, Jolie filed for divorce. This is not the last time we'll see her on this list though!
#12. The Misfits
Marilyn Monroe was never very lucky when it came to love, and her marriage to playwright Arthur Miller was the worst of all her failed romances. The couple got together in 1955 and were married for 4 years before things started to go sour between them. Miller thought it would be a good idea to write a movie starring Monroe, but it actually pulled them apart.
It wasn't until they worked together on The Misfits that they realized they weren't right for each other. Monroe thought Miller's working style was awful and that his ideas for the movie were very sexist. The two butted heads constantly both on set and at home, and even though the film turned out great, their marriage ended right after the movie was released.
#11. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein
Kenneth Branagh and Emma Thompson were the golden couple of British cinema. The two got together in 1987 and got married two years later. During their relationship, they starred in several movies together and became more and more popular in the movie industry. But their perfect marriage came to an end when Branagh both directed and starred in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
Branagh and his co-star, Helena Bonham Carter shared far more than an on-screen romance that totally shattered his marriage to Thompson, who was devastated and humiliated. Their affair turned into a five-year relationship and Thompson moved on. She said in an interview that at the time it was an awful experience, but she has since forgiven them for what happened.

When you watch Dream House you can see the undeniable chemistry between Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz, so it is no surprise that the two got together after meeting on set. They seem like a match made in heaven, but the only problem is that they were both in relationships when their romance began.
Weisz had been married to Black Swan's director Darren Aronofsky for ten years and Craig was engaged to film producer Satsuki Mitchell when their heated relationship began. Although the two never addressed the situation, it was clear that they began their relationship during filming. Both separated from their exes shortly after production was over and became a couple publicly.

Stage Beauty may not have made a huge impact in the movie industry, but it did impact the lives and careers of three actors: Billy Crudup, Claire Danes, and Mary Louise Parker. Crudup and Parker were together for eight years and were expecting their first child together when Crudup began an on-set affair with Danes, his co-star in the movie.
This left Parker devastated and alone to give birth and raise her son. The affair between Danes and Crudup lasted three years, but Crudup's reputation will last forever. Danes opened up about what happened between them and stated that she regrets the pain she caused Parker, but that she was too young to realize what she was getting herself into.

Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush met on the set of One Tree Hill when they were just 20 years old and fell in love. Fans went crazy when they found out that the young couple were not only together, but were getting married. it seemed like the perfect Hollywood love story but sadly, those only exist in movies.
Their marriage came to an end after it was discovered that, when filming House of Wax, Murray cheated on Bush with co-star Paris Hilton. Bush wasted no time and filed for divorce almost immediately, and when asked about how she feels about the whole thing all these years later, she said: > "my mother once said to me that if you don't have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all."

Not many people heard of Northern Lights, but almost everyone heard of the scandal that came out of it. During filming, actor Eddie Cibrian,while being married to Brandi Glaville, had an affair with country singer and co-star LeAnn Rimes, who was married to Dean Sheremet at the time.
Their love affair was intense both on and off screen, and when the story broke out, it was quite a scandal. The media had no mercy towards these two, and people thought their fling wouldn't last. But today, the couple is still together and have been happily married since 2011. The way they found love wasn't the best, but they seem very happy.

Titanic was a huge critical and commercial success and helped skyrocket Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet into fame. However, the film is also responsible for breaking up director James Cameron's marriage to Terminator star Linda Hamilton.
During filming, Cameron had an affair with actress Suzy Amis, who played Winslet's daughter. This broke Hamilton's heart initially, but years later, she confessed she is glad her marriage with Cameron ended because she was not happy at all. Cameron and Amis have been together this whole time, so everything worked out for the best.

Meg Ryan was America's sweetheart for many years until her reputation was damaged forever thanks to a scandal that took place while filming Proof of Life. At the time, the actress was married to Dennis Quaid, but had an affair with co-star Russel Crowe. They tried to keep it secret, but a crew member caught them cuddling behind the scenes and exposed them.
Ryan was torn to shreds by the public, and she defended herself claiming that Quaid had cheated on her multiple times before. Regardless of what really happened, that marriage had its days numbered, and Crowe really did them both a favor. However, his relationship with Ryan was very short-lived.

Both Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were married when they hooked up on the set of Mind Over Murder. Spelling was married to Charlie Shanian and McDermott was together with Mary Jo Eustace, but both marriages came crashing down because of this scandalous affair that actually began on the very first day of filming.
Spelling and McDermott survived their divorces and the scrutiny of the media and began a serious relationship that later resulted in marriage. However, true to his reputation, McDermott was involved in another cheating scandal, and this time, Spelling had to pay the price. He cheated on her with Chopped Canada co-star Emily Goodhand, but the couple are still trying to work things out.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are one of Hollywood's favorite couples and seem perfect for each other, but people seem to forget that their relationship began while Reynolds was still married to Scarlett Johansson. Lively was also dating her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley when she met Reynolds on the set of Green Lantern.
Although the pair never confirmed their relationship began at that time, they were seen out and about in New York together during filming, and they seemed very cozy with each other. Both of their relationships ended at the same time and, shortly after that, the two confirmed they were an item. They have been married since 2012 and have three children together.

From what we can gather from this list, Ben Affleck really likes co-stars who are named Jennifer, because before there was Jennifer Garner, there was Jennifer Lopez. The two met on the set of Gigli when Lopez was married to Cris Judd, her second husband. Needless to say, that marriage was thrown out the window.
Lopez and Affleck began an intense romance that made headlines and basically made them the it couple in Hollywood for a long time. The movie, however, was a commercial and critical disaster, and both of them probably now pretend it never happened. Just a few days before their wedding, they called things off and were never seen together again. Allegedly, all the media attention took a toll on them.

Pitt and Aniston were one of the best-looking couples and looked like a match made in heaven, but when Pitt met Jolie on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005, everything changed.
The two quickly began an affair during filming and when news broke out, it was a huge scandal. While all the parties decided not to comment on it, Aniston filed for divorce a couple months before the movie premiered. After that, Pitt and Jolie became Brangelina, one of the most iconic couples in history, and had six children together. Sadly, as we know, they divorced in 2016.
