He sure knows the formula for making people laugh.

Benedict Cumberbatch is one of the highest-paid British actors of this century, so you can imagine that he's used to being stalked by paparazzi. One day, in 2014, he went out for lunch with fellow co-star Dakota Johnson and another friend, and this happened.
A group of paparazzi came out of nowhere and started taking pictures of them, but instead of snapping at them, he decided to cover his face with a napkin. Obviously, the three couldn't hold it in, and they burst into laughter in a matter of seconds. Sexy, Benedict!

Ever since Misha Collins landed a role in the sci-fi TV series Supernatural, his fanbase has grown non-stop. But you know what? Apart from being a talented actor and a Hollywood heartthrob, he's also a goof! He always finds the most peculiar ways of reacting towards paparazzi, and this picture taken in 2015 proves it.

Hollywood icons Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were once one of the hottest celebrity couples out there. Not only were they both gorgeous, but they had the best sense of humor too! One day, they got so tired of being followed by paparazzi all the time that they did this.
The couple was having dinner at a fancy restaurant when they realized there were hoards of paparazzi waiting outside. But instead of getting furious, they chose to outwit them. They grabbed a couple of brown paper bags and wrote the names and websites of a couple of NGOs to raise awareness on social causes. Bravo, guys!

Does Grant Gustin ring a bell? You probably know him for his role as The Flash in the homonymous TV series and for playing Sebastian on Glee. Personally, I had never heard of him before, but he definitely didn't flow under the paparazzi's radar!
Each time he left the set of The Flash, journalists would be there patiently waiting to capture all the pictures they could. However, he would always do a silly pose, as you can see in the pictures above. As the actor once confessed: > "Impromptu photo shoot. hahaha, these are so funny. Gotta have some fun in the morning".

Can you believe it's been over a decade since Pete Wentz and Paris Hilton were an item? After their marriage, they became a trending topic in the tabloids. Still, they got so tired of being stalked by paparazzi that they chose to devise a plan of their own.
After leaving a Memorial Day party, Pete appeared with a paper plate glued on his face, and it read "Your Ad Could Be Here." What he was actually trying to do was speak out against the fact that many celebrities are used by the paparazzi and media outlets. In fact, did you know that the pictures they take are then sold for even millions of dollars? If you think about it, this is kind of like what Emma and Andrew did. Well played, Pete!

I'm pretty sure you're familiar with Cara Delevingne unless you live under a rock, that is. The model and actress is one of today's most popular stars, and she has recently joined Taylor Swift's squad. The paparazzi are totally obsessed with her, probably because of how gorgeous she is!
But apart from being stunningly beautiful, she's also quite witty! One time, she and her girlfriend took the paparazzi by surprise… by attacking them with water guns! She sprayed them with water, and later that day, she posted this picture on her Instagram account with the words "Pay back."

Who doesn't look up to Jennifer Lawrence? She's smart, talented, successful, beautiful… and also hilarious! Ever since she rose to fame, she has conquered the fans with her killer sense of humor. But even though she has yelled at paparazzi more than once, she has sometimes shown her sillier side, too, like in the picture you're about to see.
One day, she went for dinner with some of her friends to a Japanese restaurant in NYC. Instead of feeling bothered by the paparazzi gathered around the entrance, she stuck a couple of chopsticks in her mouth and gave the audience a laugh. If there was no way out of the photoshoot, then why not have a good time?

While most celebrities tend to get furious at the paparazzi, this was not the case with our favorite star couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. It was June 2017 when the couple decided to have some fun of their own and troll the paparazzi in the silliest way possible.
Sophie and Joe decided to fight back... literally! They showed off a couple of martial arts moves against the air, pretending to be fighting off enemies. It wasn't only fun for them, but fun for their fans too, who definitely had a big fat laugh when the photos came out.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe must've had a difficult childhood, as reaching worldwide fame at such a young age must wear you down. I bet he's used to being followed by photographers day in and day out, but when he was caught by paparazzi having lunch on his own on a weekday, he realized he had had enough.
But instead of releasing his rage, Radcliffe chose to react mockingly and started pulling ridiculous and childish faces. He even began chewing with his mouth open! It's bad manners, sure, but it's a great way of getting yourself rid of paparazzi! Who would want a picture of that?

Actor and heartthrob Ryan Gosling is one of the greatest stars of this century. As such, you can imagine he's constantly followed by hoards of paparazzi wherever he goes. One day, he was having breakfast in his dog's company when he realized he was being photographed by a group of disguised journalists.
But instead of leaving or picking up a fight, Gosling decided to act like any child would. In other words, he started making silly faces and sticking his tongue out, just like any 5-year-old would've done. I'm not gonna lie; I think I would've done the same!
#9. Paris Hilton
The famous singer, model, and media personality rose to fame in the early 00s and has always been famous for her lavish lifestyle and eccentric personality. Therefore, it's easy to see why she has always been one of the paparazzi's number one targets. But even though she always enjoyed being in the public eye, at one point, she decided she had had enough.
Hilton came up with the fanciest way of trolling the paparazzi: the so-called Ishu scarf. Designed by Saif Siffiqui, this scarf features a monochromatic fabric that creates a reflective effect and emphasizes the flash so much that everything else in the picture turns black, making the celebrity look like a silhouette. Good call, Paris!

Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello rocketed to fame after releasing her hit song Havana, so she came into the spotlight from one day to another. Naturally, photographers started following her everywhere. They didn't even leave her alone when she went to the airport to pick up her mom!
However, both she and her mother have a very unique sense of humor, or at least that's what it seems! Instead of feeling ashamed for being photographed wearing her indoor sweatshirt, she and her mother posed as if they were in the Red Carpet. I'm guessing the press wanted to capture some pictures of the singer looking dreadful... well, if so, the plan sure blew up in their faces, right?

Dustin Hoffman is one of the most talented actors of all time, and that's a fact. Famous for his roles in The Graduate, Rain Man, Tootsie, and Midnight Cowboy, he can really play whichever role he wants to. He can even play the fool, as you can see in the picture below!
While some celebrities snap at the paparazzi or simply cover their faces behind their sunglasses, Hoffman chose to get in touch with his inner child and hide behind that tree, which actually only covered like a fourth of his body. Or did he actually think he was successfully hiding?

I don't know about you, but I was definitely not expecting to see Simon on this list! Simon is most famous for being the feared judge of American Idol, and I think I speak for all when I say he's a rather snide, blunt, and sassy kind of guy. At least on-screen he is!
Here we have a surprising picture of Simon and his girlfriend spending some quality time together out in the sun, but when they realized there were crowds of photographers gathered around just a few feet away, they went to fetch their fruit bowl and let their silly side shine. Who doesn't love Leonardo DiCaprio? He's talented, smart, generous… and also a hoot! The guy has been in the limelight for like… forever, but instead of letting himself get frustrated at the press, he often decides to have some fun of his own.
Here we have four different images of DiCaprio trolling paparazzi: Leo wearing a black Halloween mask, Leo hiding behind an umbrella, Leo hiding beneath his coat, and Leo covering his head with a big white bag! Well, the last one may have been just a coincidence, maybe the bag was just too heavy, but that doesn't make it less funny!

Like all the other celebrities on this list, Butler can't just go grab a bite and go unnoticed, but it seems he knows how to handle his fame! This one time, when he realized the paparazzi were photographing him during lunch, he turned around, grabbed his phone, and started photographing them back!

When High School Musical was released back in 2006, Ashley Tisdale was all teenagers talked about. Even though she's not as famous today as she was before, she still has to deal with the media following her steps day after day.
One day, Tisdale went shopping and treated herself to this cute, fluffy little dog called Maui. But when she realized paparazzi were lurking nearby, her brand new stuffed animal came in handy. She covered her face with Maui and gave fans this truly hilarious picture!

There is no doubt that Bruce Willis is one of the most legendary Hollywood stars in history and possibly the most iconic action movie actor of all time. Unfortunately for the media, Willis hates being in the spotlight, especially when he feels harassed by the cameras (who wouldn't?).
In fact, Willis has snapped and even yelled at the paparazzi more than once, and he was even seen throwing drinks at their cameras more than once! To be fair, when people follow you, even when you go run some errands, they do deserve to have some water spilled over their cameras.
